I’ve had a long week. Almost had a stroke after my blood sugar shot to 900, went into diabetic keto, got diagnosed with diabetes, started taking insulin. I don’t have a regular job so I reply on sex work and various side work to make pay for the small amount of bills that had the two weeks I was sick kind of messed that up.
